Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum order?
50 pieces for project mailers (one-time campaigns).
Recurring programs have no minimum and will be written weekly.
We work with clients sending as few as 12 cards per month.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 24-72 hours from the time we have your confirmed content and recipient list. Recurring programs run on a set monthly cadence we set together.
During holiday season, lead times may be adjusted, but you will be notified via email.
Do I need to supply the stationery?
You can supply your own, order and ship directly from any vendor (including Amazon), or we can source and design custom stationery for your program. We’ll discuss what fits your brand on the discovery call.
Are service agreements required?
For one-time project mailers, no. For ongoing recurring programs, we offer service agreements that protect your per-piece pricing and reserve your monthly production capacity.
