Chelsea West, also known as Chelsea Kirschman and previously Chelsea Fulton, is a Greenville, SC based entrepreneur, author, and founder of The Write Way, a robotics powered handwritten note company helping businesses across the country build genuine client relationships at scale.
Her story spans three states, three names, one extraordinary business, and a life built on a single belief: that authenticity is not a vulnerability. It is the most powerful competitive advantage you can have.
From Ponte Vedra to Greenville
Chelsea grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where she became one of the most recognized volleyball players in Northeast Florida. She played at Nease High School, the same school that produced NFL legend Tim Tebow, and earned a volleyball scholarship to Union College in Kentucky where she moved on to win multiple AAC Standout Awards.
Her athletic career shaped everything that came after. The discipline of showing up every single day, competing at a high level, and performing under pressure is the same discipline she brings to building businesses, writing books, and navigating the hardest chapters of her life.
After college, Chelsea earned her MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship and innovation from Clemson University and built a career in business development and supply chain before founding The Write Way in Greenville, SC.

It goes directly into the most painful chapters of her life including personal loss, gaslighting, and a court battle that brought her to the lowest point she has ever known.
What begins as a painful awakening becomes something much larger. As Chelsea excavates childhood conditioning, inherited trauma, and the survival patterns that quietly shape adult decisions, she uncovers truths about identity, self worth, and resilience that ultimately lead her out of reaction mode and into intentional design.
